Professor Rémi Guibert, Medical Director
Associate Professor Rémi Guibert, CPEBH (Paris), MD (Montreal), MSc (McGill), LMCC (Canada) is the medical director of Nutech Health and a Director of Nutech Pty Ltd. He is a former Associate Professor and Director for Research and Director of Family Medicine and Associate Professor in Epidemiology and Biostatistics at McGill University in Montreal, and is an Associate Professor in the Department of Community Medicine and General Practice at Monash University. Rémi has received many research project grants from corporate and government funding sources in Canada and Australia. He has served and presided on several government grant agency panels and Human Research Ethics Committees. Rémi has extensive international experience in clinical epidemiology, health services research and international health care systems. He also holds directorships and medical advisory roles in additional private companies involved in health technology.

Ari Bergman
Ari Bergman LLB(Hons)/BA(Hons) is a director of Nutech Pty Ltd. He completed a law degree and arts degree with honours at Monash University in 1998, and after overseas studies and community work commenced work as a commercial lawyer in one of Australia's most prestigious boutique law firms in 1999. During this period, Ari founded Nutech Health with his father Dr Fred Bergman, and has been involved on a strategic level ever since. In addition to his involvement in Nutech Health, Ari is corporate counsel for one of Australia's largest private businesses, and holds directorships for both private and public companies involved in health technology, outdoor and adventure goods and telecommunications industries. Ari is also completing a master of commercial law through Monash University.
